On Site Meetings or Conferences
Do you have beautiful conference or training room on site to hold your next meeting but don't have the staff to handle all the details that go into a successful meeting? A-mazing Events will coordinate everything from food, beverage, room set up, clean up, hand outs and more. Your guest will have all of the accommodations of an outside meeting facility and you won't even have to leave your place of work.
I would like to compliment you for the exceptionally professional job you did on scheduling, logistics and arrangements for the recent visit of Chinese delegates sponsored by the Environment & Public Health Network for Chinese Students and Scholars. Things like flags, table decorations and a menu that honors the dietary customs of visitors are big issues and you nailed them all.
